Yes - each Frankie Raine piece is carefully handmade to order in New Zealand. This allows us to reduce waste and create thoughtfully made items just for you!
Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for your order to be made before shipping. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery times depend on your location within New Zealand. Most orders arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch.
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. If you are outside of these areas and interested in ordering, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Our pieces are designed with comfort and flexibility in mind. If your baby is between sizes, we generally reccomend sizing up to allow room to grow.
Yes - we're happy to send orders directly to the recipient. Simply enter their address at checkout. Pricing information is not included in the parcel.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on worn items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
