Shipping within New Zealand
Orders are sent via tracked courier and typically arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Sending as a gift
You're welcome to send your order directly to the recipient. Pricing information is not included in parcels, making Frankie Raine pieces perfect for gifting.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and fir hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn items.
